bareMinerals Naturally Luminous Neck Cream

It’s Autumn… well almost; which means less sun and more cool winds, humidity and rain (boo to that!). It’s always good to change your skincare routine a little to accommodate with season changes, high quality moisturising products in Autumn are a must. So out goes the lightweight BB cream, and in comes the nourishing night and day creams.

Back in December last year, on the 25th (I won’t mention the C word just yet) I was very lucky to receive a bareMinerals Get Started Kit (I get one every year) as a gift from my other half. Packaged very nicely in beautiful Fenwick gift wrap. And with that, came a bareMinerals Naturally Luminous Extra Firming Neck Cream. Until now, I had never felt the need to use it… but hitting 29 and feeling like my skin is loosing a tad of it’s elasticity, this past month, I’ve been giving it a try.

Applying it, after washing and cleansing, just a small amount massaged into the chest, neck and jawline area – this pot of gold works wonders.

At first, I thought, erm.. smells nice. Then I thought… what’s that tingling? Oh, that’s it working! Is it? I ran to the mirror… yes. It’s working. Already. Wow.

I share with you the above, in such a way, because that really is how it happened and continues to happen every morning. And not very often does sampling a product make you feel this way, you have to usually wait weeks to see slight results. If I forget to put bareMinerals Naturally Luminous Extra Firming Neck Cream on in a morning, I can now notice the difference, the jawline isn’t as defined. Sounds silly, I know, but true nonetheless.

Beauty Verdict: It deserves a whopping 5 out of 5 from me – for quality of product and overall effectiveness. The price is a little steep for a neck cream, I know, so I can only hope to see one in my gift bag again this Christmas.

bareMinerals Naturally Luminous Extra Firming Neck Cream is usually £40.00 and can be purchased online directly at or the Makeup Department. You can also pop in to your local John Lewis, Fenwick, Debenhams, Selfridges or high street department store if you want to sample before you buy.
